What is My Calendar?
The My Calendar feature is a project-wide listing of referral follow-ups and case reminders completed on cases within a project.
Each user's calendar is unique to themselves and inclusive of follow-up work completed on referrals.
Because it is only accessible to view and disposition by the user, it is best utilized as a
case management tool to manage caseload tasks within a project.
What can be added to My Calendar?
Only two types of transactions can be added to My Calendar. See Follow-ups to see how calendar items are added.
Calendar transaction types:
- Referral Follow-Up: Data inclusive of creation date, case code, follow-up status, and follow-up notes
- Referral Follow-Up Reminder: Data inclusive of creation date, case code, and reminder notes
How to disposition My Calendar reminders
When reminders become overdue they will display in Red on your calendar. To clear them, complete the following steps:
STEP 1: Click on the Case Code for the reminder you want to disposition
STEP 2: Complete a Follow-Up by clicking Start or alternatively, delete the reminder if it is no longer relevant
