Case Overview Page

The case overview page is your landing page when you first enter a project in CS Care. It includes two key features: 

• Project Dashboard

• My Recent Cases

Project Dashboard

The project dashboard simply shows a high level overview of the project cases and their current assigned/open/closed status.

You can toggle to see metrics at your project, organization, and individual user level .

Recent Cases 

Recent cases will display all the cases you recently worked on. They will display as a running list for approx. 48 hrs from the time of the last completed transaction on a case.
